This drizzly gray San Francisco day just brightened up! Look what came in the mail!!! I can’t wait to open it up later and dive in. This is by far my favorite cooking magazine. My mom’s side of the family is from Mexico and the family taught me a lot about cooking when I was young. I still make my aunt’s chili relleno’s, tamales, enchiladas and my mom’s chile verde. And, there is nothing like the smell of a pot of beans cooking on the stove. I hope there are some secrets inside for me.
